Apple in Trouble over iPhone Slowdown~ US Department of Justice Investigating older iPhone Slow-Down Case:
US Department of Justice- Apple Investigation: As per reports the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission has commenced the investigating on Apple’s move to slow-down of older iPhones. According to Bloomberg report the Department is investigating whether Apple violated the laws of security of its users. Apple has been facing the same kind of cases & investigations in Italy, France prior to the latest probes by US Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission on same decision of slow-down of older iPhones on the behalf of aging batteries issue & this puts the Apple is in Trouble.

Apple- American Multinational Technology Company has been given a jolt by the US Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission by publishing new investigations on determining the violation of securities laws by Apple earlier which apologized for slow-down of iPhone 6,6S & other older iPhones on behalf of software updates which claimed, had slowed down users’ iPhones, according to new Report from Bloomberg.
Based on communique this investigation is assumed as latest in a string of inquiries on Apple’s in recent times over software updates. US Government’s Investigation is in the early stages, and soon the things will be clarified as per reuters.

In 2012 the US Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchanges Commission probed the Apple over hiking the prices of e-Book or e-Book price fixing case that named as US Department of Justice vs Apple Inc.
Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission are investigating on the Probe of Apple’s role in violation of securities laws concerning its disclosures that it slowed older iPhones on battery replacement. Earlier in December Apple confirmed that older iPhones having older batteries were being intentionally slowed down as the devices’ batteries aged & said the updates in software may keep the iPhones better in aspect of battery life.
The older iPhones including iPhone 6 & 6S slowdown earlier had frustrated the consumers & in successively Apple apologized for the slow-down and later decided the replacement prices of iPhones battery.

Since then, the company has received considerable backlash over the lack of transparency in how this information was revealed to customers. This led to Apple issuing an apology and offering $29 battery replacements for device owners during 2018 as a way to make amends.
