United Nations on Wednesday adopted the resolution by 128 Countries against the US President Trump’s decision to make Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. Just after the UN resolution America made its clear stand to remain on its position to shift embassy to Jerusalem which declared by American President Donald Trump on December, 6th.

US may stop Aid to Countries who backstabbed Trump

The United State ahead and after UN resolution over Israel’s capital recognition, has made the clear statements that “US is not going to be taken advantage any longer”. Wheareas UN Ambassador Nikki Haley emphasized that no vote in the UN will make any difference on US move.

In the United Nations USA received big defeat over the resolution tapped by Turkey and Yemen against declaring Jerusalem as Israel’ s capital by Trump.

As per the reports 128 countries came out to vote in the United Nations General Assembly in favour of the resolution opposing the recent decision of US President Donald Trump to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. Whereas Nine countries voted in support to US, while as many as 35 countries abstained the resolution.

What was UN Resolution all about which humiliated Trump’s Move-

On December 6, US President Donald Trump recognizes the Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, move was welcomed by Americans, Israel & other allied partners. Later Middle East countries including Iran, Yemen, Turkey, Palestine, Saudi Arabia came in opposition of the President’s move. The resolution draft which was moved by Turkey and Yemen and later co-sponsored by Pakistan, Iran and other countries

Protests and clashes at low level started taking place in middle east & inside Israel too.  Opposite to the Trump’s move Turkey and Yemen approached the UN Council and termed the move unauthenticated and asked for Votes.

United Nations after voting of UN resolution against US President Trump’s move gave the decision against US. USA President and UN Ambassador declined the resolution and stated “no vote can change their stand on Jerusalem”.

Inside Israel:

Ahead of the vote, Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli Prime Minister blasted the UN as a “house of lies,”

Israel “rejects outright this vote, even before it passes.”: Netanyahu

“No General Assembly resolution will ever drive us from Jerusalem,” vowed: Israeli Ambassador Danny Danon. 

What Turkey said-

During their address to the UN General Assembly, Turkish Foreign Minister said that Trump’s decision was an outrageous assault to all universal values. The Palestinians have the right to their own state based on 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as their capital.

Who came in favor of US:

The eight countries that joined the US in voting against the Turkish resolution were Honduras, Israel, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, Palau, and Togo.
